Sale of Liquor

To comply with the sale of liquor act 1989, Sorpresa Luxury Gift Baskets NZ LTD is licensed to sell liquor, granted by the Western Bay of Plenty District Licensing Agency. The license number is 022/OFF/5/11.

Customers must be 18 years of age or over and not intoxicated to make purchases containing alcohol from the website. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 years of age and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor.

No liquor will be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day.
