Delivery Information

An order confirmation will be emailed to you upon Sorpresa Luxury Gift Baskets receiving your order.
All gifts are delivered by "track and trace" courier.

Please insure the delivery address is correct, and is a physical location. PO Box number are NOT acceptable for delivery address details. Sorpresa cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery details received, and consequent costs that may be incurred.

Deliveries to apartments.

Please insure someone will be home on the expected day of delivery. Due to security and access codes in apartment building it can make it difficult for couriers to gain access. Sorpresa recommend you supply the gift recipient's phone number to assist with any delivery difficulties. Ensure details of floor number, unit number, street address apartment name are included in your recipient's delivery address details.

Delivery Pricing

Please ensure you select Rural or Saturday delivery boxes at the checkout if applicable to ensure your delivery reaches your recipient on time.

Delivery Times

All metropolitan areas within the North Island - 'next day' delivery Monday to Friday
All metropolitan areas within the South Island - '48 hour' delivery Monday to Friday

NOTE: Orders must be in by 10am for next day deliveries to metropolitan areas.

Rural North Island areas - please allow 48 hour delivery
Rural South Island areas - please allow an extra 12 hours. (1-3 days)

There are no deliveries Sundays and public holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the first available weekday.

We will endeavour to deliver all gift baskets as quickly as possible however delivery times are dependent upon courier schedules, especially at peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day.

Urgent delivery required

If you require an urgent, last minute delivery call us on 0800 767 773 and we will endeavour to arrange a delivery as quickly as we can. Sorpresa can give you an estimated delivery time and cost based on current couriers schedules and pickup times.

Delivery Issues

Sorpresa uses "track and trace" courier for delivery. Should your gift basket not arrive on the expected day, call us immediately on 0800 767 773 and we will ensure the delivery is resolved, or a new gift basket will be sent.

Returns Policy Guarantee

Sorpresa is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason your gift arrives damaged or not in perfect condition it may be exchanged for another gift to the same value, or a refund will be issued.

Simply return the gift to Sorpresa, 30 No. 3 Road, Te Puke, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand within seven (7) days of receipt. Returned gifts must be unused and sent with an explanation for your return. Please call Sorpresa on 0800 767 773 or contact us here if you have any further queries.

Privacy Policy

Sorpresa guarantees your information is not sold, traded, or disclosed to any third party. Information stored for membership purposes is used for communications and marketing material solely on your subscription permission.

Security Policy

Sorpresa works with Paystation to provide a secure payment system. Paystation is one of New Zealand's leading online payment solutions and are a Paymark Certified Solutions Provider. Your credit card details are processed via encrypted, 128-bit SLL security by Paystation and are not stored or viewed by Sorpresa at any stage of the transaction process.

Payment Policy

All prices are quoted in NZ Dollars. Prices displayed on each product (gift basket) are per item and GST inclusive. All delivery (courier) charges are calculated separately and added prior to the checkout process.

Orders paid for by internet banking will be processed and delivered upon receipt.

Baskets containing Alcohol

Gift baskets containing alcohol can only be ordered by and delivered to those 18 years of age and over.
